What services are included in the booking fee?

Your booking includes: free theme backdrop decoration, free cake table setup, complimentary drinks and party supplies, digital invitation card, party flow management, cake cutting service, and pre-party storage service. All 7 services are included at no extra charge.

Can I bring my own cake and food?

Yes! Baby E Playhouse welcomes your own cake, food and drinks. We provide cake cutting service and have ample table space for your food spread. We can also recommend catering options if needed.

How many backdrop themes are available?

We offer multiple theme backdrops including Animal, Car, Cartoon, Princess, 1st Birthday, Minimalist and Seasonal themes. All backdrop decorations are free, included in every booking. WhatsApp us for specific theme availability.

What is the difference between 3-hour and 4-hour bookings? Which should I choose?

A 3-hour booking works perfectly for most parties (even with entertainment like a magician). A 4-hour booking gives guests more time and includes extra perks: a welcome signage board, a free food warmer tray, and a complimentary guestbook phone for guests to leave voice messages.

Where is Baby E Playhouse located? Is it easy to get to?

Baby E Playhouse is located at Room 808, 8/F, IEC3, 18 Tai Chung Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories. It is approximately 8–10 minutes walk from Tsuen Wan MTR Station, up to 80 guests. IEC3 Building has its own basement car park — very convenient if you're driving.

How do I make a booking? Is a deposit required?

Can I set up early before the party?

Baby E Playhouse offers a pre-party storage service so you can drop off supplies before your event day. On the party day, our staff will help confirm all setup is ready. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before guests.

Baby E Playhouse is designed for children aged 0 to 8 years. The venue is safe for babies and toddlers, making it perfect for 1st birthday celebrations, preschool birthday parties and primary school kids' parties alike.
