📋Booking & Rescheduling Policy

1. A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits paid are non-refundable.
2. Bookings may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least 21 days before the event. The new date must fall within 90 days of the original booking date.
3. In the event of severe weather (Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8/9/10), one free reschedule is available within 90 days of the original date.
4. Any rescheduling is subject to the company's operating hours and available time slots.
5. Extension of time is subject to the day's schedule and is not guaranteed.
6. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

🏠House Rules

• ✓All guests (adults and children) must wear socks at all times inside the venue. Socks are available for purchase at HK$20 per pair.
• ✓All children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) aged 18 or above. Entry will be refused without an accompanying adult.
• ✓Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring all safety rules are followed. The company accepts no liability for injury or property damage arising from improper use of facilities.
• ✓Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated eating areas. Eating inside ball pits, sandpits, or play equipment is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of HK$500 will be charged for violations.
• ✓Guests are advised not to bring valuables. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
• ✓Please handle all equipment and facilities with care. The company reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs in cases of deliberate damage.
• ✓The company does not provide childcare services. Staff will not supervise children on behalf of parents.
• ✓No pets are permitted in the venue.
• ✓Balloons containing dye, Piñatas, or any items that would create significant cleaning work are strictly prohibited.
• ✓Guests with fever, cough, infectious illness, or any health condition that may affect others should not enter the venue. The company reserves the right to refuse entry, and no refund will be given.
• ✓By entering the venue, guests consent to photos and videos taken on the premises being used for promotional purposes. Please inform staff upon arrival if you object.
• ✓Organising events, selling products, or using the venue for non-play purposes without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
• ✓All admission fees, party deposits, and related payments are non-refundable once paid, unless the event is cancelled by the company.
• ✓For the safety of all guests, running, chasing, climbing over barriers not designed for that purpose, and any other dangerous behaviour are strictly prohibited. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
• ✓The company reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
