What the client wanted: total immersion
Elly's family wanted more than a pretty backdrop — they wanted everyone in character. We set the stage with a giant city backdrop: skyscrapers, billboards and character standees covering the wall, topped with the birthday girl's name. Elly wore a full bunny-officer uniform; mum and dad went all in as "prisoners", their orange jumpsuits bringing the house down; young guests arrived in fox ears and striped ties — even Spider-Man made a cameo. Every group photo looked like a film still.
How we delivered: one crew, seamless relay
The day ran as a single relay by our partner crew: the face painter "transformed" each young guest at the door, the magician lifted the room mid-party, the custom Zootopia cake with Elly's name plaque took the finale, and a professional photographer captured it all — decoration, shows and coverage arranged through one WhatsApp thread.
The result: an unprompted video tribute
A week later, still delighted, Elly's mum edited and posted her own highlight video, thanking every role by name and calling the party "super smooth". When clients promote you unprompted, that is the truest review a party can earn.
